we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Our estimated delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days from the date of your order confirmation. Please note that Fridays are not counted as part of the business days, as they are a non-working day in our schedule.

Once your product is crafted and ready for dispatch, you will receive a message from us with a shipping confirmation and tracking information, so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

We take great care in packing every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our shipping process is secure, and we work with trusted delivery partners to make sure your experience is smooth from start to finish.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange a return or replacement as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
